Coaches will support students aged 9-18, coaching them either individually or in small groups to develop confidence, resilience, communication and self-awareness, through a structured personal development framework.
We have two roles; the One-to-One Coach is an online role with opportunities to support in-person on trips, and the Impact Coach is an in-person role supporting delivery in schools and colleges.
Yes Futures runs two programmes per year, Autumn which typically starts in September and Spring, which typically starts in March. Please register your interest below to start your journey to becoming a Yes Futures Coach.
Please note 2026 training dates are provisionally scheduled as follows:
New One-to-One coach training: Wednesday 2nd September, 4:00pm – 6:00pm
New Impact Coach training: Thursday 3rd September, 4:00pm – 6:00pm
Talent Toolbox Training: Monday 7th September 2026, 4:00pm – 6:00pm
Safeguarding Training: Wednesday 9th September 2026, 4:00pm - 6:00pm
Cohort Meet & Greet Training: week
commencing 21st Sept 2026, approx 4:00pm - 6:00pm

One-to-one Coach (online)
Who are we are looking for?
We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to be an integral part of the Yes Futures programmes as a Yes Futures Coach, working online with students aged 11-19 across London, East Anglia and the South.
Coaching qualifications are not necessary as training is provided, but commitment and enthusiasm are essential. If you have a proactive attitude and feel excited and committed to Yes Futures’ vision of helping young people become confident, resilient and lead fulfilling lives, then we want to hear from you!
Impact Coach (in-person)
Who are we are looking for?
We have introduced the new Impact Coach role after feedback from our community of Coaches who have an interest in further developing their skills. We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to be an integral part of the delivery of our school programmes.
You will play a pivotal role in the running of the programme, supporting the Programme Manager with setting up and delivering the sessions and trips. This role is perfect for someone looking to understand how a youth programme works and gain experience coaching and supporting young people face-to-face.
You may be coaching primary or secondary school students depending on your location.
We cover all expenses, provide full training, DBS checks and ongoing support throughout the programme.
