There have been so many occasions that inspired me throughout my volunteering. One that stands out was the Play Your Part trip and the incredible opportunity to have a deep dive into values in an informal coaching setting - while trimming blackberry bushes to support the local park. I was astounded that this could facilitate powerful and genuine coaching conversations.
