Connecting Futures

Coaching and community opportunities for young people aged 16–25.
Connecting Futures inclusive, community-based coaching programme designed to empower young people from all backgrounds, including those who are not in education, employment or training (NEET), at risk of becoming so, or facing challenges due to disability, racial inequity, or identity.

Grounded in Yes Futures’ award-winning methodology and trusted by over 70 schools and colleges, Connecting Futures helps young people build confidence, develop employability skills, and discover their potential through accessible, person-led coaching that adapts to individual needs and circumstances. All while connecting them to opportunities within their communities.

About the programme

Many young people in the community face barriers to moving forward- from low confidence or lack of direction to exclusion, discrimination, or limited access to positive role models.

Connecting Futures provides targeted, personalised support to help young people engage, set meaningful goals, and take their next steps towards employment, education, or volunteering. Our coaching is flexible and accessible.

The programme focuses on the four essential personal development skills proven to make the biggest impact:
