Director of Partnerships
We are seeking a passionate and driven Director of Partnerships to join our Leadership Team and help us scale our programmes to more schools.
In this role, you will drive forward Yes Futures’ growth plans by forming new partnerships with schools, multi-academy trusts and local authorities. Alongside this, you will lead our corporate partnerships and fundraising strategy, engaging donors and supporters with our work.
Are you excited by the challenge of growing our highly impactful programmes to more schools, benefitting thousands of young people across the country?
Do you have a strong track record of marketing or sales within the education sector?
Do you have proven experience in securing income through building strong partnerships with schools/local authorities, corporates and/or trusts and foundations?
This is a broad-ranging role, and you may not have experienced all aspects of it before, but if you:

Are capable of taking leadership responsibility;

Can transfer your existing experience and skills to a new product or market;

Understand your strengths and weaknesses and proactively build your knowledge and skills…

Salary: £50,000+ per year
Level: Leadership Team, reporting to CEO
Location: Mostly home-based, with some travel in and around London
