Come and work with us. We're a small, ambitious team, and everyone at Yes Futures is close to the work: whichever role you join in, you'll see the difference we make to young people up close. Programme Delivery Coordinator
London and the South East | £33,500–£37,000 | Fixed term, 6 months (with genuine prospect of extension) | Full-time, part-time considered
We're looking for someone who can hold a room of teenagers: delivering our Rising Futures coaching programme in secondary schools, running the experiential days our young people say made the difference, and building the school relationships that keep it all running.

Coach on our Autumn 2026 programmes
London and the South East | Volunteer | Autumn term 2026
Our programmes work because of our coaches: professionals who give their time to sit one-to-one with a young person and offer the kind of belief and challenge normally reserved for boardrooms. You don't need to have worked with young people before; you need to be a good listener, genuinely curious about people, and reliable enough to show up for a young person who's counting on you. We provide full training, and every coach is DBS checked.
