Rising Futures Programme

Positive futures begin with self-belief
Our year-long personal development programme equips students with the essential skills needed to succeed inside and outside the classroom.
Each student receives one-to-one coaching from a trained Coach, alongside three immersive extracurricular trips, empowering them to believe in themselves.

Hear from teachers and students on the Rising Futures programme

"The Rising Futures programme has been a really positive opportunity for our students. Students have made noticeable improvements in their confidence and self-esteem, and this has also impacted their performance in the classroom.

I would definitely recommend the programme to other schools."

Why do your students need self-belief?

Before the programme

The Rising Futures programme has a proven impact on students, empowering them to unlock their personal potential.

Each student on our programme faces different challenges, but with the right support can believe in themselves, and create their own positive future.

We typically work with a selected group of students who begin the programme displaying some of the following behaviour:

HAKA WOW 2016.jpg
  • Withdrawn in group situations

  • Hesitant to engage in class

  • Underachieving academically

  • Lacking motivation

  • Unlikely to ask for help when it's needed

  • Likely to give up easily

After the programme

We collect data from students, teachers, parents and the Yes Futures Coaches to paint a complete picture of students' progression. Schools receive a full Impact Report detailing individual student progression.

86% of students feel more prepared for the future

My favourite thing about the programme was going on the World of Work day because it has given me a greater understanding of working and careers.

Year 10 Student, St Angela’s Ursuline School

76% of students have become more motivated

to achieve at school

When I started the programme I didn't face challenges well, I used to get stressed out a lot. Not when I am facing challenges at school I calm myself down and think rationally about them.

Year 9 Student, The Nobel School

“ The programme has improved students’ confidence which has made a difference to their learning, but also their ability to speak up and come forwards with important issues.”
