Meet our Licensed Coaches
We are delighted to be working particularly closely with the following individuals who are Yes Futures Licensed Coaches. They are independent coaches who have completed additional youth coaching training with Yes Futures and are licensed to use our tools and approach with young people. All licensed coaches are required to work in line with our safeguarding standards and are bound by our safeguarding policies and code of conduct.
Parents can browse the profiles below to find a coach who may be a good fit for their child.
If you’re looking for a fully-managed Yes Futures programme then you can find out more if you’re a parent, school/college or other organisation working with young people. Our programmes are often delivered by our core team, associates or volunteers some of who may also be independent licensed coaches.

My name is Gabrielle, and I am a Personal Development and Cognitive Behavioral Coach based in Northern Ireland. I was fortunate to volunteer as a coach with Yes Futures in 2025, and I offer online coaching to young people and adults. I am passionate about helping individuals understand their thoughts, explore their emotions, and develop healthy ways to process their feelings, building confidence and enabling them to face life’s challenges with clarity and resilience.

Suellen Morris
I am based in Hertfordshire and work with young people both online and in person. I bring over 20 years of professional experience across marketing, leadership and mentoring roles, alongside formal coach training. I support young people to build confidence, self-awareness and resilience, creating space for them to feel heard and supported as they develop the skills to make positive choices and move forward, both now and as they navigate the next stages of their lives.
