Finding Futures Programme
Our year-long intensive coaching and support programme equips selected Year 5 and 6 students with the essential skills needed to succeed inside and outside the classroom, preparing them for a successful transition to secondary school.
Each student receives personalised coaching from a trained Coach, alongside two immersive extracurricular trips, empowering them to believe in themselves.
We've supported over 2,700 young people
Teachers have commented how much happier and more confident the children on the programme are. They are all speaking up in class more and taking on more of a leadership role in group work."
