Whether they are on vocational pathways, academic routes, or preparing for industry placements, the programme offers targeted, personalised support that helps every learner reach their full potential. It is particularly effective for students who may be:

• Struggling to make eye contact or express themselves confidently

• Likely to give up when things get difficult

• Under-achieving academically despite clear potential

• Avoiding lessons or reluctant to take the lead

• Lacking motivation or direction about their next steps

• Disruptive in low-level ways or defiant when challenged

• Nervous around new people or unsure how to identify their own strengths
